Born in the North East of Scotland, Adam embarked on an international career spanning marketing, advertising and sales. He gained experience through leading teams and inspiring best practice in businesses from start-up, to scale-up, to multinational size. As Moment's Technical Director, he aims to continue developing the team, tools and techniques required for us to deliver on our mission for every client, with every campaign, at every chance.
Gordon is Commercial Director at Moment and loves working with clients to understand their challenges and designing solutions to meet their goals. He previously worked as Business Development Director at an award winning, high growth, IT service company.
Gordon also has a strong background in Occupational and Organisational psychology and has recently been developing an interest in how this can link to Climate Psychology.
Alongside his passion for marketing (it really can save the world), Gordon enjoys touring on his motorcycle, endurance cycling and the occasional round of golf.
Our second longest running team member Steph joined us as a university placement as our Content Coordinator and we haven’t been able to get rid of her since. With a BA in Communication Design, Steph specialises in graphic design and has a passion for finding out what makes consumers tick and utilising that to build and align strong brands.Book a meeting
Whilst earning her MSc in Digital Marketing, Chris joined Moment as one our Campaign Manager to explore and apply her passion for social media and email marketing in the agency realm. Understanding that no two clients' needs are the same, Chris takes the time to develop close working relationships with clients to help them create engaging and consistent content that appeals to their target audience.
Patrycja joined us in September 2019 as our Content Intern, enabling her to expand her experience with client interaction and to further build her graphic design knowledge and skills, all whilst completing a BA in Visual Communication & Design at the University of the Highlands and Islands in Inverness. Following successfully completing her placement at Moment we were delighted to offer Patrycja the position of Content Coordinator where she focuses on helping clients realise their brand values through creative approaches, enabling businesses to focus on growth.
Catherine is one of our Channel Executives at Moment, specialising in Search Engine Optimisation. Since achieving her Masters in International Business, Marketing and Modern Languages, Catherine has developed her skills in agency environments and thrives working across an interesting variety of clients and tasks. Always focused on improving the quality of sites from a search engine and user perspective, Catherine takes pride in ensuring clients receive an excellent standard of work, tailored to their specific needs.
David is the Channel Coordinator over at Moment, specialising in Pay Per Click where he helps clients reach their customers using Display Shopping, Search, Video Ads. Prior to joining Moment David gained a BA in Management from Robert Gordon University and also volunteered with Absafe. Alongside a strong interest in digital marketing and learning everything about digital marketing David has a strong interest in technology and has a pet dog called Mac.
Matthew joins Moment whilst continuing his apprenticeship in digital marketing via QA. With a background in design and an HND in Visual Communication from North East Scotland College, Matthew aims to apply his skills to the wonderful world of Marketing. When he’s not busy designing Matthew enjoys playing golf in the sun.
After successfully completing her Higher levels of education Kate left school and started a digital marketing apprenticeship via QA as a Campaign Assistant with Moment. Working in the Campaign team Kate works across various aspects of social media marketing and Search Engine Optimisation. Kate has always had an interest in Marketing and is thrilled to now be able to pursue that interest.
Kim began an apprenticeship with Moment in March 2021 via QA, pursuing digital marketing. With a strong interest in business and administration, she helps the sales team discover new leads and upcoming opportunities. With Moment Kim hopes to advance her skills in a business sense.
Nicola recently joined Moment as our Marketing Executive sitting within the Commercial Team, ensuring Moment presents our services to the right audience and builds relationships with the Moment community. Graduating last year with a First-Class Honours Degree in Management from Strathclyde University and with a passion for keeping up with the latest trends, Nicola loves connecting with people through the power of social media, and seeing companies grow from implementing an effective marketing strategy.
So it begins...
Moment was born out of the need to shake marketing up for the better, driven by a healthier, happier and greener future and one clear conviction: modern marketing can save the world.
The New Year brought new perspectives and challenges our way leading us to begin developing our holistic 3D approach to Inbound Marketing beginning with becoming design led.
We brought in our Design Manager Steph to lead the Creative team and expand our offerings from Brand Development and Strategy to Asset Creation.
Being design led doesn't just mean design in the traditional sense, but all of our solutions and services are designed specifically to our clients needs. In order to ensure we understand the challenges and goals of each client, Gordon joined the team as our Commercial Director where he designs the perfect solutions.
The pandemic saw our team pivot towards a 100% virtual way of working. It took a bit of getting used to but once we got to grips with it we didn't look back!
We joined the DMA and Hubspot Partner Programme in early 2020 and are delighted to still proudly be part of these communities.

Our Campaign team led by our Campaign Manager Chris was formed to solidify our our third 'D' of our 3D approach: delivery focused.
This means we work closely with our clients to analyse and utilise data to create intelligently targeted campaigns that convert, helping you to reach your goals.
After being accepted for start up grants and loans we were able to expand our horizons, allowing us to delve into the world of webinars and open the door to our first Moment Hub in Inverness!
After a busy year that saw new ventures, challenges and faces we were delighted to achieve Hubspot Gold partner status, as well as seeing a 400% increase in turn over YoY.
We felt it was important to enter the New Year clearly and confidently with who we are echoed at every key touch point, and so we gave ourselves a brand new make over!
