Channel Executive


Working within Moment’s “Channel” team, your role will be to deliver a wide range of marketing activities, with a focus on your unique area of expertise. You’ll work closely with our Client and Tech teams, interpreting briefs and developing approaches to maximise engagement with their target audiences; and with our Creative team to curate the best content to bring those tactics to life.


  • Liaise with clients to understand their marketing objectives

  • Create compelling strategies to attract, engage and resonate with target audiences

  • Curate content from a wide range of internal agency and external sources

  • Deliver using our industry leading tools

  • React to new trends and technologies to tap into the latest customer experiences

  • Create monthly reports from our tools and tell the story of this data to clients

  • Demonstrate initiative, proactively recommending ways to improve our processes


You’ll likely have recently completed an undergraduate degree in humanities/marketing/arts/social sciences and have an excellent grounding in digital presentation, research, and creativity. You’ll have some “hands-on” experience of project work and be able to provide examples. You’ll be familiar with modern workplace tools like email, task management and cloud storage. You will have experience in a customer facing role and understand the importance of tailoring your approach to each individual client and their brand. You’ll have excellent written and spoken English.
